Open regions of chromatin are closely related to the regulation of gene expression. In cancer, the open regions of chromatin also define the cell traits. ATACseq analyzed the open chromatin regions of PDXs generated from melanoma patients. Only human cells were recovered from four melanoma PDXs, and these cells were used for the analysis.
