Example microCT dataset to accompany MitiSegmenter software, for the high throughput segmentation of samples microCT scanned in microtiter plates.
Example specimens comprise tail vertebrae from archaeological scombrid (tuna family) fish remains.
Dataset comprises an 8-bit tiff stack of two microtiter plates (3x2 wells, and 6x4 wells) arranged vertically. Scan has been downsampled to a voxel size of 0.0951mm.
