Lake Mendota Summer 2014 Deep Sequencing

These Lake Mendota Microbial Observatory samples from summer 2014 were sequenced using both V4 and V4-V5 primers. These samples come from the same water grabs as samples in the limony dataset, but they are from different filters. Additionally, they were sequenced much more deeply than the limony dataset.
