Transcriptome in Rat liver, 3 months after 7 weeks of control diet, high fat diet or heat-mositure-treated high fat diet

Transcriptome profiling reveal that high-fat diet with or with out heat-moisture treatment induced different transcriptome changes, mainly on lipid metabolism and inflammation.转录组谱分析（Transcriptome profiling）结果显示，经湿热处理（heat-moisture treatment）与未经湿热处理的高脂饮食可诱导出截然不同的转录组表达变化，此类变化主要涉及脂质代谢（lipid metabolism）与炎症（inflammation）相关通路。
