BioEnergy Atlas Model Outputs - Sugarcane

Optimised Facility Locations, Transport Routes and Feedstock Catchment Areas, and modelled cost of Loading, Transport, Unloading and Processing for the production of Bioenergy products from Sugarcane Bagasse and Brown Leaf Residue. These datasets were compiled in support of the Sugarcane case study published in the second edition of the BioEnergy Atlas for South Africa. The case study explores the relative costs of producing BioFuels for Transportation from Bagasse derived from the sugar mills or from Brown Leaf Residue that is left in the field.
