Microscopy data underlying the publication “Reciprocity in dynamics of supramolecular biosystems for the clustering of ligands and receptors”

STORM, TIRF, clustering and SPT tracking data underlying main figures 1B, 3A, 4 and 5, as well as supplementary figures S7, S8, S9, S10, S11, S15, S16, S30, S31, S34, S35, S37, S38, S39, S41 and S42. Each subfolder contains the raw microscopy data underlying the figure with a description of the samples used. In case of clustering data, the results of the matlab scripts used for clustering with different settings are provided for each image. In case of SPT tracking data, the matlab scripts are also provided for the subfolders in figure 4.

本数据集涵盖支撑主图1B、3A、4、5以及补充图S7、S8、S9、S10、S11、S15、S16、S30、S31、S34、S35、S37、S38、S39、S41、S42的随机光学重建显微镜（STORM）、全内反射荧光显微镜（TIRF）、聚类分析数据及单粒子追踪（SPT）追踪数据。每个子文件夹均包含对应图表的原始显微成像数据，并附有所用样品的相关说明。针对聚类分析数据，每张图像均提供了采用不同参数设置执行聚类分析所用MATLAB脚本的运行结果。针对SPT追踪数据，图4对应的子文件夹中同样附带了所用的MATLAB脚本。
