Reveal the sequence characteristics of key genes of F-actin; RNAi technology was used to investigate the regulatory effect of F-actin gene on cadmium contamination of Pardosa pseudoannulata, and to elucidate the response mechanism of F-actin in regulating spiders to cadmium pollution. Cloning, sequencing and expression profiling of F-actin gene in Pardosa pseudoannulata, phenotypic analysis and transcriptomic analysis of cadmium-contaminated spiders after RNA interference, and candidate target analysis of F-actin regulating Hippo signaling pathway.
