资源简介:
We selected 20 young healthy Chinese adults (10 males and 10 females during their menstrual period, body mass index: 19.4–24.0 kg/m2) and continuously monitored their respiratory parameters during sleep (from 11:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. the next day). All data were recorded at 1-minute intervals, resulting in a total of 9,000 minutes of data analyzed. Results showed that nine parameters significantly decreased over sleep time. These parameters were oxygen uptake, CO2 emission rate, ventilation volume, respiratory rate, respiratory heat loss, body heat, metabolic rate, pulse rate, and core temperature. However, approximately 3.8 hours after falling asleep, the nine parameters tended to stabilize. Dynamic changes in respiratory parameters during sleep may lead to the unreliability of using averages to represent the entire night’s respiratory parameters. Considering the difficulty of data acquisition and the parameter requirements of the sleep human model, we have provided all respiratory parameters measured over time, only presented at 10-minute intervals.
