资源简介:
Obesity can be considered a worldwide epidemic that has become a major threat to the quality of human life at modern society. Understanding the molecular mechanisms that underlie obesity related phenotypes can help to improve treatment options and drug development. Here, we employed miniature pigs as a model and generated a total of 249 high-resolution chromatin contact maps for four distinct ATs (one subcutaneous and three visceral adipose tissues) during dietary-induced weight gain and loss (WGWL) at adult. We found dramatic alteration of both functional and metabolic related transcriptome and multiple scale of chromatin architecture in distinct ATs response to WGWL.
