This contains the code and data used for the manuscript: Using Indicator Species Analysis on Human-Use Impact of Mammal Habitat Usage: Kootenay National park Ecotourism Case Study. 

The annotated R file included generates plots and data outputs utilized in aforementioned manuscript, for best use follow annotations within the file with associated .csv files contained in the same working directory.

Data found in .csv files contains information licensed under the Open Government Licence – Canada. Original data can be found at Mammal Occupancy - Kootenay from Parks Canada.
