Install update source is how the install date was added into GIS. Last editor should show who the last person to manipulate the assest was. Install date gives an estimation of when each asset was actually installed in the ground, not put into GIS. Update source is the accuracy of each asset in our GIS system, GPS-SURVEY-GRADE is the most accurate form of data we have available
