苏杭科技钻孔制程检验与测试统计数据集

该数据集主要包含：
1、实时检验与测试数据集：包括开始检测时间、最后检测时间、机台序号信息，能够实时采集生产过程中的每片PCB板钻孔质量检验数据，为公司提供全面、准确的数据支持；
2、缺陷不良率分析：包括良品率、OK数（PNL）、NG数（PNL）等，可以对钻孔生产的每片PCB板的工艺缺陷、生产参数异常等进行分析，避免潜在质量问题；
3、报表生成与公布：包括生产型号、良品率、OK数（PNL）、NG数（PNL）、开始检测时间、最后检测时间、机台序号、各类缺陷名称等每日信息进行全面、直观的自动生成，让钻孔生产人员对质量不合格的产品及时排查当时的生产状况。

This dataset mainly includes the following three components:
1. Real-time inspection and test dataset: It encompasses start detection time, final detection time, and machine serial number information. It can collect real-time drilling quality inspection data for each PCB board during the production process, providing comprehensive and accurate data support for the company;
2. Defect and rejection rate analysis: It covers pass rate, OK count (PNL), NG count (PNL), and other metrics. It enables analysis of process defects and abnormal production parameters for each PCB board in drilling production, thereby preventing potential quality issues;
3. Report generation and publication: It automatically generates comprehensive and intuitive daily reports containing production model, pass rate, OK count (PNL), NG count (PNL), start detection time, final detection time, machine serial number, and various defect names, allowing drilling production personnel to promptly troubleshoot the on-site production status for products with quality non-conformances.
