This dataset includes a summarized breakdown of the 2016-2026 Toronto Police Service approved staffing and actual staffing at a Service-wide level. Definitions: Approved Staffing: All positions which have been approved via the annual and/or ad hoc budget process for continuous delivery of core operations and services and/or specific projects/initiatives. Actual Staffing: All full-time, part-time and temporary employees who are active on the operating payroll or who are on paid leave.
