This dataset contains all key experimental and analytical materials supporting the study of programmed cell death (PCD) mechanisms and prognostic modeling in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Provided resources include well-documented R scripts for data analysis and model construction, as well as original experimental data from functional validation studies, such as cell migration assay images and flow cytometry (.fcs) files. These materials enable the reproducibility of the analytical workflow, facilitate further exploration of PCD-related gene function, and support new analyses based on the experimental findings. Note that transcriptomic and clinical data referenced in the related manuscript were obtained from public repositories and are not redistributed here; users are encouraged to access those resources directly as needed. All included data are accompanied by metadata and README documentation to assist with reuse.
