Expression data from control and PRRG1 (Vitamin K-dependent Gamma-carboxyglutamic acid protein 1) knockdown cells

In order to uncover biological function of PRRG1 and its underlying molecular mechanism, we used high throughput sequencing to determine the expression profile of control and PRRG1 konckdown cells. Overall design: To investigate the role of PRRG, we used shRNA to knock down PRRG1 in Patu8988 cells. Subsequently, RNA-seq analysis was conducted on three sets of control and PRRG1-knockdown Patu8988 cells to profile gene expression.
