To design an affinity column for commercial development of human Fab antibody purification system, we constructed phage libraries using cDNA of B cells collected after immunization of an Alpaca with Fab antibody fragments. We applied next-generation sequencing before and after biopanning to identify VHH target genes from pooled phage libraries
