At a false discovery rate of 10−6, 78 of 1,030 proteins were identified as differentially expressed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test (for all 239 proteins with q <10−4 see Table S3). The intra-subject shifts indicate the number of patients showing up or down-regulation.
