Dataset - contact maps: Comparative analyses reveal rapid turnover and emergence of transitory 3D genome architectures in the fungal kingdom

This dataset is part of the article Comparative analyses reveal rapid turnover and emergence of transitory 3D genome architectures in the fungal kingdom (Laigle et al., 2026). It contains the 55 contact maps after correction and normalization (iced), at 50 kb resolution, in the H5 file format (conversions can be easily done using HiCExplorer; Ramírez et al., 2018; Wolff et al., 2020). Full name species related to abbreviated ones can be found in the Supplemental Table 1 of Laigle et al., 2026.
