Minimal Dataset of Cardiac Vagal Activity Markers from the taVNS Study

This dataset contains minimal values of cardiac vagal activity markers, specifically rMSSD and pNN50, collected during six assessment moments in a controlled laboratory setting. The data were obtained from a study investigating the effects of transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) on heart rate variability (HRV) in people living with HIV. Each row represents an individual participant, with corresponding HRV indices measured over standardized 5-minute periods.
