scRepli-seq analysis of SCNT 4-cell and 8-cell embryos

To analyze replication timing of SCNT 4-cell and 8-cell embryos, we performed single cell replication sequencing (scRepli-seq). This submission is similar to our submission GSE226309. We performed scRepli-seq experiments of SCNT 4-cell and 8-cell embryos. Metadata for each single-cell sample can be found in the supplementary file "SCNT_4C8C_metadata.txt.gz"
