The overall goal of this study was to investigate the role of CHRM1 in contributing to DTX resistance in human prostate cancer cells. Overall design: First, we compare gene expression profiles in DTX-resistant versus DTX-sensitive 22Rv1 cells. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from DTX-resistant 22Rv1 cells treated with or without 25 µM Dic for 72 hrs, with each group of duplicates.
