The interview guidelines aim to assess the performance of nurses in documenting nursing care. It begins with basic information about the interview setup, such as the date, time, and location. The characteristics of the informant, including their name, gender, age, role, work duration, and salary, are also documented. The interview questions are divided into three sections. Section A focuses on individual factors, asking nurses about their understanding of nursing standards, their assessment methods, and whether they follow specific frameworks like SOAP in their practice. Section B delves into psychological aspects, exploring the influence of leadership, rewards, and motivation on nursing performance. Section C examines organizational support, including management’s role in improving nursing performance through training, workshops, and continuous activities. The responses will help assess the effectiveness of nursing care documentation, including the standards followed, the level of supervision and support, and the overall management practices aimed at enhancing nurse performance.
