Cassava genomes assembled with single-molecule long reads, optical and Hi-C maps. In the interest of rapid and broad dissemination of data resources to the community, we are releasing the genome assemblies of Manihot esculenta 60444 and TME3 prior to scientific publication in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Toronto agreement for prepublication data sharing and expectations about use of the data (http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v461/n7261/full/461168a.html; Nature. 2009 461:168).
