High-fat diet and antibiotic-induced changes in the bacterial flora in mouse prostate cancer tissues

To investigate high-fat diet and antibiotic-induced changes in the local bacterial flora of prostate cancer tissues, we collected the prostate of 22-weeks-old prostate cancer model mice administered high-fat diet and antibiotics, and analyzed the local microbiota using 16SrRNA sequencing.
