资源简介:
Data sets of soil carbon cycling functional genes and soil basic physical and chemical properties under different vegetation restoration models. Vegetation restoration can regulate soil microbial habitat and carbon supply by altering soil physicochemical properties. However, it remains unclear how different vegetation restoration patterns influence soil microbial carbon cycling functions through these changes. This study examined four vegetation restoration patterns in the Taiyi Mountain Area: Platycladus orientalis (L.) Franco. (PO), Pinus densiflora Siebold & Zucc. (PS), Quercus acutissima Carruth. (QA), and shrub (SH). With Wasteland (WL) as the control. Employing metagenomic sequencing technology in conjunction with analysis based on the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) database, this study examined alterations in soil physicochemical characteristics, microbial community structure, and functional genes associated with carbohydrate metabolism, carbon fixation, and methane metabolism.
