Unpack into the data/ directory of the code repository so that the .npz files sit directly in data/ and tc_data.npz sits in data/mouse_data/. CHECKSUMS.md5 allows verification with md5sum -c. Every cached file is regenerable from the raw recordings and the released code. The raw recordings are from the Peyrache lab and are separately available from the DANDI Archive as Dandiset 000939.
