The Citizen Entities General File is one of the instruments of the City of Barcelona relationship with entities and defacto groupsof the city. Its creation is provided in the Rules governing public participation (Article 9) and is regulated by the Rules governing the General index of citizens' organizations (BOP 26/2/2004).
