2014 Remote sensing estimation dataset for aboveground biomass of reed wetlands with a resolution of 250 meters in the western Songnen Plain

This data includes remote sensing estimation of aboveground biomass of a 250m reed wetland in the western part of the Songnen Plain. Using object-oriented land cover classification technology, based on multi-season Landsat8 OLI remote sensing data, the distribution information of the reed wetland in the western part of the Songnen Plain is extracted; Based on the field measured aboveground biomass data (AGB) of reeds and five spectral vegetation indices (NDVI, EVI, RVI, MSAVI, and WDVI) from MODIS data sources during the same period, this study explores the sensitivity of different spectral vegetation indices to reed AGB, and constructs the optimal model for reed AGB remote sensing estimation in the western Songnen Plain, and conducts reed AGB remote sensing inversion and spatial pattern analysis.
