WV_Guardrails

Location of all types of guardrails and barriers that reside along all WVDOT Routes. Data included in this the RouteID, RouteID with direction of lane of travel, the element ID (or official Guardrail name), county code, subroute, sign system, supplemental code, supplemental description, lane that the guardrail is protecting, beginning and ending mile points, location relative to lane of travel, offset of the lame, guardrail treatment, additional end pieces, rail type, post type, guardrail condition span length, comments, Beginning Lat/Long, Ending Lat/Long, beginning elevation, ending elevation, district, guardrail file, county number sign system, supplemental number, County name, video location of beginning and ending, guardrail ID and shape length. Data is published in the NAD_1983_UTM_Zone_17N Coordinate System. Data is updated semi-annually.本数据集收录WVDOT所辖全部道路沿线布设的各类护栏与道路障碍物的位置信息，涵盖如下数据字段：道路ID（RouteID）、标注行车方向的道路ID、元素ID（官方护栏命名）、县代码、子线路、标志系统、补充代码、补充描述、护栏防护车道、起止里程点、相对行车道的位置、车道偏移量、护栏处理工艺、附加端部构件、护栏类型、立柱类型、护栏状况与跨度长度、备注、起始经纬度、终止经纬度、起始高程、终止高程、辖区、护栏关联文件、县编号标志系统、补充编号、县名、起止位置视频路径、护栏ID及形状长度。本数据集采用NAD_1983_UTM_Zone_17N坐标系发布，每半年更新一次。
