Allele-Specific Non-CG Methylation Marks Domains of Active Chromatin in Mouse Brain

We examined genome-wide, base-resolution, allele-specific methylation and expression in the prefrontal cortex using a mouse model of deterministic X-inactivation, where the paternal allele was always inactivated.
