Transcriptomes for different level of glucose

To characterize gene expression that is dependent on the strength of calorie restriction (CR), we obtained transcriptome at different levels of glucose, which is a major energy and carbon source for budding yeast为了表征依赖于热量限制（calorie restriction, CR）强度的基因表达特征，我们针对作为酿酒酵母主要能量与碳源的葡萄糖设置了不同浓度梯度，获取了各条件下的转录组数据。
