Laguardia Partial Territorial Plan

In accordance with the Law on the Planning of the Territory of the Basque Country, Partial Territorial Plans will develop the Territorial Planning Guidelines in the supra-municipal areas or areas that they delimit, specifying for each of them the specific planning criteria established by the Guidelines.The Territorial Planning Guidelines define fifteen geographical areas, called Functional Areas, on the basis of geographical, economic and social criteria. In the case of the Partial Territorial Plan of the functional area of Laguardia (Rioja Alavesa) the list of dates for approval are: Initial approval: 2003/02/04, Provisional approval: 2004/03/01 and Final Approval: 2004/12/28. Subsequently it undergoes an amendment, relating to wineries OT-005/08-PTP-A and is taken for initial approval on 2008/11/14 to provisional on 2010/03/12 and definitively approved on 2010/09/28
