资源简介:
The following data and code are to replicate analyses for the Cerullo et al. 2026 manuscript entitled: 'Concentrating logging could mitigate climate-magnified fragmentation risks to a globally endangered bird'.  Scripts necessary to replicate the analysis in R exploring how ocean conditions and edge amount influence marbled murrelet occupancy are in the folder entitled code.zip. This also contains a README file outlining what each script does. Updated scripts can be openly accessed at: https://github.com/gcerullo/MarbledEdges. Scripts should be run in consecutive order. After downloading the MarbledEdges.Rproj project, you will need to reproduce the following file structure for scripts to run smoothly, unzipping files into the correct folder: -MarbledEdges.Rproj -Scripts -Inputs -Outputs -Models -Rasters -Figures The following folders should be unzipped nand stored within the folder named Rasters:   MAMU_SDMs.zip Marbled murrelet annual species distribution models .tif      GNN_2021.zip   Canopy cover and conifer cover covariates. Full annual datasets can be requested at https://lemma.forestry.oregonstate.edu/data/structure-maps .tif     production_0.58.zip   Spatial wood production scenarios that produce a given timber production target with a fixed amount of timber plantation. Scenarios vary in their degree of fragmentation per se. 0.58 represents a high production target.  .tif     production_0.24.zip   As above, but producing half as much timber .tif     land_ownership.zip   Spatial distribution of different land ownership classes across the Pacific Northwest .shp     ForestSiteProductivity.zip   Spatially explicit information on potential timber yields across the Pacific Northwest. .tif     DEMs.zip   Elevation model for the Pacific Northwest .tif     boundary.7z   Boundary for the Pacific Northwest .tif     The following files are stored in the folder entitled Inputs and are needed to build landscape  scenarios and murrelet models.     Scenarios contains yield information and functions needed to create the eqivalently yielding landscape scenarios .csv   MurreletSurveys    Information on repeat-sampled surveys for Marbled murrelets.  .csv   LandscapeVariables    Landscape covariates calculated around murrlet sites .csv   SiteData Full suite of landscape covariates, prior to subsetting .csv     For queries regarding code or inputs, email grcerullo AT gmail DOT com.
