The following data and code are to replicate analyses for the Cerullo et al. 2026 manuscript entitled: 'Concentrating logging could mitigate climate-magnified fragmentation risks to a globally endangered bird'.
Scripts necessary to replicate the analysis in R exploring how ocean conditions and edge amount influence marbled murrelet occupancy are in the folder entitled code.zip. This also contains a README file outlining what each script does. Updated scripts can be openly accessed at: https://github.com/gcerullo/MarbledEdges.
Scripts should be run in consecutive order. After downloading the MarbledEdges.Rproj project, you will need to reproduce the following file structure for scripts to run smoothly, unzipping files into the correct folder:
