A collection of extended-spectrum beta-lactamase Escherichia coli genomes isolated from patients admitted to hospitals in the Greater Toronto Area. The goal of this study was to understand the population genetics of community vs. nosocomially acquired infections and utilize machine learning approaches to identify genetic variants predictive of patient mortality outcomes.
