Frozen embryo transfer cycles with mild stimulation

In recent years, the number of frozen embryo transfer cycles has been steadily increasing due to advancements in embryo cryopreservation techniques and the widespread adoption of freeze-all strategies. As a result, optimizing endometrial preparation protocols has become a crucial aspect of improving pregnancy outcomes. Despite the growing clinical significance, there is still no consensus on the most effective endometrial preparation method, highlighting the need for further research to refine protocols and enhance implantation success.There is limited data in the literature regarding endometrial preparation protocols using mild ovarian stimulation for frozen embryo transfer cycles. Most existing studies for mild ovarian stimulation focus on the comparison of other endometrial preparation protocols, leaving a significant gap in understanding the success rates and independent predictors. This study aims to address this gap by evaluating the effectiveness of mild ovarian stimulation in frozen embryo transfer cycles identifying the key independent predictors of pregnancy outcomes, thus providing valuable insights into an underexplored area of reproductive medicine.
