Transcriptomic analysis of fruit development

Walnut (Juglans regia L.) is an important tree. Although the nutrients in its fruits are very good for humans, there is still a limited understanding of the biosynthesis pathways of these nutrients. Here, the development of walnut fruit was monitored, and 9 biological samples at 5 developmental stages were collected. Transcriptomic analyses of these samples were performed, revealing some new knowledge.
