A Novel Semiconductor-Based Flow Cytometer with Enhanced Light-Scatter Sensitivity for the Analysis of Biological Nanoparticles
收藏资源简介:
The overall objective of these experiments was to analyze and demonstrate the light-scatter sensitivity of the CytoFLEX flow cytometer for synthetic and biological nanoparticles. A further focus of the article was to describe how various systems and features on the CytoFLEX work in order to help researchers better understand how to optimally utilize the instrument performance, and to clarify the various differences that distinguish it from other conventional flow cytometers. Conclusion: VSSC sensitivity: EVs >30-60nm. Viruses >81nm. 70nm polystyrene and 98nm silica resolved. Notes: The instrument and article should help enable small-particle researchers. Cleaning, optimization, reference standards, extensive training, many repetitions, numerous controls, orthogonal measurements, careful attention to detail, etc.
