m6A profiling of early, adolescent, aged and Alzheimer brains

m6A-seq was performed on 4 brain regions (cortex, cerebellum, hypothalmus and hippocampus) of 2 week, 4 week, 6 week, 26 week and 52 week old BL6 mice. m6A profiling was also performed on human adolescent and old brain tissue (region BA9). m6A-seq was also performed on WT and 5xFAD mice (Alzheimer). RNA was extracted from the brain tissues in biological duplicates. m6A-seq was completed on these samples using a m6A-antibody coupled with NGS. RNA-seq of the same samples are also included to serve as a background for m6A peak calling.
本数据集对2周、4周、6周、26周及52周龄BL6小鼠的4个脑区(大脑皮层、小脑、下丘脑及海马体)开展了m6A测序(m6A-seq);同时针对人类青少年及老年的BA9脑区脑组织完成了m6A谱分析;此外亦对野生型(WT)及5xFAD阿尔茨海默病模型小鼠开展了m6A测序。所有脑组织样本均提取了RNA,并设置了生物学重复。上述样本的m6A测序实验均通过m6A抗体偶联高通量测序(NGS)技术完成。本数据集同时包含同批次样本的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据,以作为m6A峰识别(m6A peak calling)的背景参照。
