List of chemicals on the RS market

The list is kept on the basis of Article 35 of the Chemicals Act and contains chemicals classified as hazardous, which are produced, imported or introduced into the territory of the Republic of Slovenia by reporting entities. In addition to the information contained in the Safety Data Sheet for Chemicals, the list shall include information on the purpose, properties, classification and labelling, scope, composition (mixtures) and annual quantities for specific groups of these chemicals. The collection enables authorities working in the field of chemical safety, control of the use of hazardous chemicals, preparation of status assessments and preparation of guidelines in order to improve chemical safety in the Republic of Slovenia.
