资源简介:
DNA offers exceptional data storage density and longevity, but its rapid amplification via PCR makes it difficult to prevent unauthorized replication of data or molecular tokens. This project introduces the ZAT-DNA system, which leverages the biochemical ambiguity between adenine (A) and the noncanonical base 2-aminoadenine (Z). Because polymerases cannot distinguish A from Z during synthesis, PCR replication erases the information encoded in these patterns, establishing "molecular-layer non-replicability."This submission contains sequencing data validating:1. Nanopore readout of 32-bit and 64-bit ZAT-DNA cryptographic keys.2. The erasure of ZAT-DNA information following PCR amplification.3. The "Babel-DNA" architecture, where multiple encrypted images are co-encoded in a single DNA pool and selectively retrieved using non-replicable ZAT-DNA keys.4. Application of ZAT-DNA keys for securing off-chain NFT metadata.
