Creation of a reference transcriptome for the invasive annual, Ambrosia artemisiifolia.. Ambrosia artemisiifolia

Ambrosia artemisiifolia is a highly invasive member of the Compositae (sunflower) family. In this experiment, we sequenced the mRNA of four tissues from one individual of Ambrosia artemisiifolia grown under benign glasshouse conditions. We assembled the sequence data de novo to create a reference transcriptome for our future work with this species.
