Raw data associated with the structure determination of carmine

This Zenodo entry is comprised of the following datasets:

1. The folder 'TEM_3DED.zip" contains raw 3D electron diffraction (3D ED) data as output by Instamatic. Four individual datasets are included, each of which contain an instrument log file (cRED_log.txt), as well as a folder with diffraction frames in formats compatible with processing using either REDp (.mrc) and XDS (.smv), along with the appropriate input files. The folder also contains a folder of defocused diffraction frames showing the orientation of the crystal with respect to the selected area aperture throughout the data collection. It also contains brightfield micrographs of the crystals studied (Frame.dm3).

2. The file "PXRD_Carmine__CuKa1_2-30deg.raw" contains the raw powder X-ray diffraction data, collected using a Bruker D8 Discover diffractometer (using CuKα1 radiation) with carmine powder loaded in a borosilicate capillary.
