Purpose: The goal of this study was to globally characterize the transcript levels of genes in Saccharomyces cerevisiae WT and set4∆ strains during hypoxia. Using transcriptome profiling of isogenic WT and set4∆ strains grown under aerobic or 8 hours of hypoxia. We analyzed the changes in gene expression that occur during aerobic and hypoxic conditions and identified sets of upregulated and downregulated gene expression.
研究目的:本研究旨在全局表征缺氧条件下酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)野生型(WT)与set4∆菌株的基因转录本水平。本研究对在有氧环境及8小时低氧环境中培养的同基因型WT与set4∆菌株开展转录组分析(transcriptome profiling),通过分析有氧与低氧条件下的基因表达变化,最终鉴定得到上调与下调的差异基因集。
