Here we report robust protocol for the full length profiling of human IG repertoires. Protocol employs unique molecular identifiers (UMI) introduced in the course of cDNA synthesis that are further employed in order to control bottlenecks and eliminate PCR and sequencing errors. Samples were sequenced using Miseq with different reads length (350+280bp, 350+300bp, 400+200bp).
