Sequencing data of indigenous bacteria in a microalgae-based municipal wastewater treatment system

This study established a microalgae-based actual municipal wastewater treatment system. The title is "Metagenomic analysis reveals the response of nitrogen metabolism process of indigenous bacteria to aeration modes in microalgae-based wastewater treatment system". The abundance of nitrogen metabolism genes in indigenous bacteria was analyzed, and the bacterial community responsible for nitrogen metabolism was revealed. The relationship between nitrogen metabolism genes in indigenous bacteria, nitrogen metabolism bacteria, and environmental factors in microalgae-based wastewater treatment systems was established. It is possible to understand the community, metabolism, genes, etc. of the indigenous bacteria under different aeration modes in a microalgae-based municipal wastewater treatment system.
