Melanoma is a malignant tumor originating from pigment cells in the skin, and has a higher propensity to metastasize to other bodily sites compared to other types of skin cancer. This resource provides analytical pipelines for DNA, RNA, and single-cell analyses. For DNA analyses, the workflows encompass single nucleotide variants (SNVs), structural variations (SVs), fusion gene detection, and copy number variation (CNV) analysis. For RNA-seq analyses, in addition to differential gene expression (DGE) analysis, the pipelines also cover novel transcript discovery, allele-specific expression (ASE) analysis, and interactions between coding transcripts and non-coding RNAs. Single-cell analyses include cell type identification, cell-cell communication analysis, single-cell trajectory inference, and transcription factor analysis.
