This JSON formatted text file contains relevant metadata for each reference sequence found in the Cydrasil version 3 database and reference package. Each entry contains nine fields: cyID, cyTaxID, dataSource, dataSourceLink, id, notes, ogCyName, sequence, and warnings. dataSource and dataSourceLink direct the user to the original repository of the reference sequence, while notes and warnings contain remarks about the curation process (if any) for that sequence.
