Identification of genome-wide PRDM16 binding, H3K27ac and H3K4me in WT and Prdm16 conditional knock-out (cKO) mouse (Emx1Ires-Cre; Prdm16flox/flox) at embryonic day 15.5. Overall design: Whole cortex lysates were used in ChIP-seq experiments to identify PRDM16 binding (2 replicates per genotype), H3K27ac (3 replicates per genotype) and H3K4me (2 replicates per genotype) in WT and Prdm16 cKO brains.
