资源简介:
Dataset of "Circannual Prevalence of Tetrodotoxins in Trumpet Shells: Sea Stars as a Possible Source of Contamination and Implications for Food Safety" published in Food Control. DOI: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.foodcont.2025.111353
The Dataset includes:
1 - Metadata from both species studied - sampling date and depth (m), weight (g), and length (mm). The trumpet shells' soft tissue was weighed, and the shell length was measured; the sea stars' whole body was weighed, and arm length (R) and disk radius (r) were measured.
2 - The concentrations obtained from the two species studied, for all of the tissues analysed for all of the tetrodotoxins identified, in µg.kg⁻¹.
3 - The limits of quantification and detection (LOQ and LOD), for all of the tissues analysed, in µg.kg⁻¹.
