Dataset - Biogas production from concentrated yeast biomass by anaerobic (co)-digestion

Excel document that contains the data of the anaerobic digestion of concentrated yeast biomass as mono-substrate under mesophilic and thermophilic conditions. The dataset includes all values obtained during the experimental period from 11/2018 – 08/2019. The data were obtained as measurement data of the experimental work on biogas production. These data form the basis for the calculation of yields and productivities and for evaluating the process stability.
